Feedback from last year indicates that we need to have a more equitable division of space, so we are allocating a table space of approximately 2ft x 3ft (60cm x 90cm) per person. You may also fix display items to the walls with nails or screws, but do not use rawlplugs.
Some tables will back on to window ledges which offer additional space. Some tables will not back on to either walls or windows, but be in the centre of the gallery.

Karen Turner is back! Treat yourself before Christmas with a new 2½ hour refresher Pilates workshop on Sunday 16th December from 10:00am -12.30pm. The cost of the session is £15, including refreshments

The workshop is suitable for beginners as well as those who have experienced Pilates previously. It is appropriate for all levels of fitness, all adult ages, and both men and women are welcome to join.

During the workshop Karen will
• introduce Pilates principles
• demonstrate and teach foundation exercises
• show you how you can modify Pilates exercises using props, if this is appropriate for your body
• answer all your Pilates questions during the mid-morning break

Karen is a STOTT Pilates qualified instructor, Level 3 Diploma in Teaching. STOTT Pilates includes principles of breathing, concentration and fluidity of movement.

Karen provides all the mats and small equipment you will need, you just need to wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in. Places are strictly limited to 10 participants only.
