We are looking for a dynamic person to help publicise, promote and support all the wonderful things which go on at Bleddfa.
The Bleddfa Trust’s mission is to enrich the creative spirit and promote well-being through the Arts, storytelling, music, painting, meditation plus a varied programme of exhibitions, workshops, lectures and retreats.
The publicist’s role would include: developing our social media presence, building our mailing list, copy-writing, and energetically promoting our exciting programme of events and activities, plus the facilities available at Bleddfa: our café, shop, gallery and activity spaces. In this role the publicist would be supporting Sarah Pearson, who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Bleddfa Centre.
The role would initially be for 1 day a week (ideally Friday). Working from home occasionally is a possibility.
An interest in the arts is important; but the main qualities sought by the Trustees are dynamism, flexibility, and a flair for communication in all its forms.
This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape the identity of a very special place.
