Mindfulness has been taught within different spiritual traditions for centuries and the benefits have become well recognised. Jon Kabat Zinn devised the original eight-week secular mindfulness course for stress reduction in the US and now versions of this are taught all around the world.
Wendy Harvey is a counsellor and therapist with a Diploma in Mindfulness-based Approaches from the University of Wales, Bangor. The course will be delivered over 4 days with a morning and afternoon session. The course days are a fortnight apart.
