There will be a new run of six Monday morning yoga sessions starting on 22nd October 2018 10:30 am – 12:00 pm

The class is suitable for people of all ages, shapes and abilities; men and women are welcome. If you’ve never tried yoga, this is the class to get you started, but it is equally appropriate if you are familiar with the techniques.
The teacher is Jenny Matthews, a fully qualified and insured teacher (British Wheel of Yoga and Dru Yoga), with over 25 years teaching experience. Each class will consist of
• Gentle stretching and simple asana (posture) work
• Pranayama (breathing techniques)
• Relaxation and meditation
A yoga mat is useful if you have one, and bring a small cushion and a blanket.
Cost is £42 for all six lessons in this series (payable in advance to J. Matthews)
The venue is the lovely warm space of Hall Barn, part of the Bleddfa Centre (half way between Knighton and Pen-y-Bont on the A488). There’s plenty of parking space, and you might like to stay for tea/coffee and chat afterwards; there’s usually homemade biscuits, too, all for donations.
